NED 2024: Networking, Education and Development

In 2015 ATHNA initiated a new approach to professional conferencing. Termed the NED, this is a one-day small group, CE accredited meeting held in several member homes simultaneously across the US. NEDs are designed to engage ATHNA members within a 2 to 3 hour driving time of each venue to avoid the need for expensive air travel or overnight accommodations. NEDs are held from 10am to 4pm in each time zone and include lunch, Zoom presentations, and learning and networking activities at each site. The NED format has proven to be a highly successful, much enjoyed, and very valuable learning and networking day for ATHNA members.

The 2024 NED will take place on Saturday June 22, 2024. Members will receive via Constant Contact email full details about registration, topics, speakers, and activities mid-April. CE credits will be available for a small fee to cover accreditation costs. Currently ATHNA has identified venues in these locations: greater San Francisco area, greater San Diego area, just north of NYC, north of Boston in New Hampshire, and a location to be chosen near Baltimore or northern Virginia.
